ARE ALL ARTICLES AUTHENTIC?

Heatdivision guarantees that all articles are 100% authentic. Every item sold by us goes through a rigorous authentication process. Only  original items are sold, fakes will be eliminated immediately. 

ARE ALL ITEMS IN STOCK?

Every item we offer in our online store is stocked in our warehouse immediately available. When it comes to articles on customer requests there may be deviations and waiting times. 

MY SIZE IS NOT AVAILABLE, WHAT NOW?

Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to always have every size of every shoe in stock, but don’t worry, we try to increase the unavailable sizes as soon as possible. Check our site regularly.

HOW MUCH ARE THE  SHIPPING COST?

From a value of 150€ the shipping within Austria is free of charge. Below 250€ the shipping costs are 5,90€ in Austria.

Zone 2: Switzerland & Liechtenstein 13,90€*

Zone 3: Europe (not EU) 17,90€*

Zone 4: USA 29,90€*

Zone 5: Worldwide 35,90€*

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes, we ship to any country covered by our shipping service provider.

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING TIME?

Usually all orders are packed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

ARE CUSTOMS DUTIES INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?

When an order leaves the EU, the recipient is responsible for any additional charges, such as customs and import VAT.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes, it is possible to cancel an order shortly after it was placed. Please send us a short e-mail with your order number to shop@heat-division.com

IS IT POSSIBLE TO RETURN ARTICLES?

Yes, you can return items within 14 days after receiving the goods. Please note that item are send back in unworn and unwashed conditions.

WHO PAYS THE SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS?

In case of a return, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs.

HOW DOES HEATDIVISION DEFINE NEW PRODUCTS?

New means deadstock and unworn. If the item is marked „new“ it does not mean that all additional accessories, laces or labels are included. The sale of B merchandise is not tolerated by us at all.

Unfortunately, we cannot avoid defects that have arisen during the production process, nor can we avoid trying ons beforehand. Older shoes that are marked as „new“ may show signs of aging and yellowing. If the buyer decides to wear them, he or she takes the full risk. All shoes are shipped with the original box, which may be discolored in older models or may have been slightly damaged by the shipping company.

HOW DOES HEATDIVISION DEFINE USED PRODUCTS?

The term „used“ does not mean that the items are in a bad condition. We define our used products with under certain condition. We classify them as followed: 10/10 New with label, 9/10 new, slight to no defects, 8/10 Very good condition with slight defects, 7/10 good condition with slight signs of wear, 6/10 good condition with larger defects, 5/10 larger signs of wear.
